A $500 deposit holds your date, or pay in full and save 5%. Checkout runs through secure Stripe, and every single booking is fully insured.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
All across New York (Hudson Valley & Long Island), New Jersey, Connecticut and Eastern PA. The first 20 miles are free, then $2.50/mile after that.
⏱️ How long does setup take?
We arrive 2–3 hours before your start time and have the pub standing, lit and styled in under 2 hours. Takedown happens the next morning, and timing can be adjusted to fit your day.
🔌 What do I need to provide?
Just the space and regular household power: two outlets on separate breakers (about 1,500W each). No outlets nearby? Add a generator to your booking for $150 and we'll bring the power too.
💳 How do payments work?
A $500 deposit locks your date, or pay in full upfront and save 5%. The remaining balance is due on event day at setup. Everything runs through secure Stripe checkout, and every booking is fully insured.
🌦️ What if the weather turns bad?
If conditions make setup unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule your event. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll get a credit toward a future booking, so you're never just out of luck.
🍺 What comes with the bar?
Depends on the package: bars, coolers, lights, lawn games, a photo booth on the Full Pint, even a slushee machine on the Palm Pub Sunset. See The Blow Up Bar or the Palm Pub for full lists.
📅 How far ahead should I book?
At least 4 weeks in advance is the sweet spot. Summer weekends go first, and fall fills up fast with tailgates and Halloween. We run year-round apart from a short Jan–Feb winter break.
🔁 Can I change my date, or keep it longer?
You can request a date change up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability. Want the pub for more than 24 hours? Rentals can be extended for an additional fee, just mention it when booking.
